Referred to by many as the "designer vagina", these genital enhancement surgeries include vaginal tightening as well as labial contouring.

We offer labial reduction surgery or labiaplasty for women with enlarged labia minora (small inner lips). Using a special surgical technique to reduce the size of the labia minora, our surgical technique preserves most of the natural contour, pigmentation, and sensitivity of the labia minora.

We also offer vaginal tightening or vaginoplasty to tighten and support vaginal muscles weakened by childbirth or aging. As a result of the tightening, the sensual side of sexual gratification may be enhanced. The lining of the vagina is opened to enable the surgeon to get to the underlying muscle and support tissue; tightening them and closing with absorbable sutures.

Patients will have a thorough gynecological consultation and exam prior to surgery and are individually counseled and educated on what to expect, including possible risks, benefits and options. Our office will maintain the utmost in patient confidentiality.

After surgery, it is recommended to avoid sex, tampons, and douching for six to eight weeks. Patients should return to the doctor's office for two-week and six-week follow-up exams.
