What is
Vaginal Rejuvenation?
Rejuvenation by definition means to restore to youthful
vigor and appearance. Through modern surgical procedures we are
able to restore appearance, function as well as sensitivity to
vaginal tissue. This empowers the woman with more confidence,
pleasure and an improved overall sense of well-being. Likewise
the male partner also experiences increased sexual pleasure
further adding to the quality of their relationship.
Why is
vaginal correction important?
Corrective procedures, most often surgical, are
important not only to restore function, sensitivity and
appearance but also to improve normal bodily control. Even the
most beautiful women may have hidden secrets related to changes
that sometimes occur when vaginal tissues are altered or
destroyed following multiple childbirths, particularly with the
birth of large babies, the interior and exterior dimensions may
be increased. The vaginal muscles lose strength, tone and most
of all control and support. Physiotherapy occasionally helps.
What
is a Vaginoplasty?
A vaginoplasty is a surgical procedure to tighten the
vaginal muscles and the surrounding soft tissues by reducing the
excess vaginal lining. The result is a decrease in the size of
the vaginal muscles thereby helping with friction during sexual
intercourse. Sexual activity can be restored 6-8 weeks after the
procedure.
What
is a Labiaplasty?
Some women may feel uncomfortable with enlarged labia
minora. The condition can cause discomfort, particularly when
wearing tight clothing, performing exercise and during sexual
intercourse. Women with enlarged labia minora can feel
embarrassed and self-conscious. It can be more prominent in
women with slender frames and who are very conscious of their
body image.

these procedures performed as outpatient surgery?

anesthesia in an outpatient facility.
What

are used so they dissolve quickly with minimal discomfort.
Patients are sent home on antibiotics for 5 days. In most cases
the area heals very well within 6-8 weeks and patients are
pleased with the results. Patients are counseled and educated on
what to expect including risk, benefits and options.
What
are the risks?
Surgical risks such as infection, bleeding and scarring
are few.

with in the strictest confidence.

not include anesthesia and facility fee.
